Breaking the ice on an awkward conversation between a millennial and mom.
Backed, Inc., a millennial focused financial services company, was getting set to launch in early 2016. Their service is unique, and for the first time, young adults can now borrow their parent’s credit scores to then borrow their own money, rather than borrowing their parent’s money. The message needed to be direct, yet light-hearted as asking for money is always awkward at that age. A strong brand voice speaks to the end-user, as well as the true customer, the backers.
