AREA120 - “MEET CALLJOY - RETAIL”
Google’s Area 120 is the home of amazing start-ups and people!
Google is combining several technologies, including virtual phone numbers, audio transcriptions, automated reporting and analytics, in a new effort to help small business owners better manage their inbound phone calls. The company’s latest project from its in-house incubator is CallJoy. Aimed at the U.S.’s 30.2 Million small business owners, the system offers a low-cost customer service agent that helps block spam calls, provide callers with basic business information and redirect customers to complete their requests — like appointment booking or placing a to-go order — over SMS.
The CallJoy team at Area 120 came to us to help effectively tell their story and introduce themselves to the market. The CallJoy team launched their product with the help of our video concepts and production services in order to help CallJoy reach a massive audience across social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
The commercial was filmed on-location in Rhode Island, and pre-production and post-production services were rendered on-location at IndieWhip studios, in Providence, Rhode Island.
